Mark Bogosian - Communications and Grants Officer
Mark oversees the development, implementation, production, and dissemination of all FCD communications, including FCD's e-newsletter, The Learning Curve, the PreK-3rd Policy to Action Brief series, and the FCD Case Study Series.
Barbara Gomez - Executive Assistant
As staff liaison to the Board of Directors, Barbara works with the President to support the Executive and Nominating Committees of the Board and coordinates FCD's meetings. She also provides administrative assistance to the President and staff.
Anya Bailey - Program and Communcations Assistant
Anya assists with the communications needs specifically those related to social media and the FCD web site, and provides grants, administrative, and research assistance.
Dorothy Pflager - Administrative Assistant for Strategic Planning
Dorothy works with the President on all activities related to the Foundation's strategic planning process, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and organizing key staff and consultants.
Jessica Chao - Chief Operations Officer
Jessica manages FCD’s financial and administrative operations, and assists the Board and its Committees in consultation with the President.
Annette Chin - Consultant
Annette manages the New American Children initiative, working on grants related to young immigrant children and their families. She manages the Young Scholars Program.
Donald J. Hernandez - Senior Advisor
Don serves as an advisor on research proposals and efforts related to FCD's programs. He also conducts research on inequalitites, based on race and ethnicity, as well as socioeconomic resources, related to the Child Well-Being Index (CWI).
