William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund

The William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund supports Connecticut programs that improve school success for children, with a strong focus on the years from birth to age eight.  Through the foundation’s Discovery Initiative it hopes to improve the quality of PreK-3rd education in ways that increase early language and literacy development.
