These technical reports document the development of a continuous diagnostic and assessment system based on research on the developmental pathways in children’s learning of literacy and math to guide instruction.

 

The Urban Education Institute will link PreK assessments for its existing STEP (Strategic Teaching and Evaluation of Progress) Literacy Assessment for reading from Kindergarten through Third Grade, (K-3) to create PreK-3rd early literacy and early math assessment systems.
